What's BS-IV & BS-VI, Diffrerece, Emission Parameters.

    What IS BS-IV & BS-VI                     ENGINES?

HELLO EVERYONE,

  BS is stands for Bharat Stage & IV,VI indicates stage number.BS-IV & BS-VI are basically emissions parameters control norms(All type of vehicles) which told how much emission exhaust from vehicles.

         WHAT IS EMISSION                   PARAMETERS?

Emissions means exhaust gases of vehicles like CO,CO2,THC,NOx,SO is exhausted from our vehicles.Emission Parameter means control % of such pollutants gases exhausted through vehicles.                                                                    

                                   

        WHICH WOULD BE              PREFER BS-IV OR BS-VI?

Definitely go with BS-VI VEHICLES.

BS-VI vehicles have Fuel Injection(FI) system which injects appropriate disel or gasoline in cylinder as per requirement of vehicle.FI system helps to increase milage of vehicle.Mainly it helps to control pollution, global warming of environment by controlling emissions by ATS {After Treatment System}.But as compare BS-IV it generates 0.3 to 0.5 N-M torque less due to ATS system
